Sadly, that’s what happened to the woman in the story that follows, and it gets even more upsetting. She was bullied by someone in her own family, but she was determined to stand up for herself.
Patsy was 68 years old when she posted a photo on social media of herself in a swimsuit during a fun vacation in Miami with her husband, Donald. It was their first trip together without their kids or grandkids, and they had a blast.
When Patsy looked at the picture, she realized she didn’t look like the same person she was a year ago. Donald had changed too, and they both felt the weight of getting older, which made them a bit emotional.
Then, Patsy noticed a comment from her daughter-in-law, Janice. Janice questioned how Patsy could post a picture of her wrinkled body in a swimsuit online.
Patsy felt hurt by Janice’s comment. After taking a screenshot, she saw that Janice had deleted it, which seemed a bit shady.
So, Patsy came up with a plan. She discussed their upcoming family BBQ with Donald.
After showing Donald the mean comment from Janice, she shared her idea. They decided to invite everyone in the family to expose Janice’s rude behavior.
